A Story That Began with a Dream
In 1978, when this place was nothing more than a piece of land, Mamá Carmen bought the property with a dream in her heart: to create a place for the family.
Little by little, with hard work, love, and the help of her loved ones, that piece of land became a simple country home where some of our most cherished memories were made.

A Dream Passed Down Through Generations
Mamá Carmen spent her final years in Houston with our family. After returning to her beloved Tarija, she passed away there at the age of 95.
But before she left us, she made a request we have never forgotten:
“I never want you to sell it. I want it to be a place for the family to enjoy.”
About ten years ago, the first improvements began. Over the past year, the project took on a new dimension.
New bathrooms, a gallery, and other spaces were added to breathe new life into the property, while preserving the spirit of the simple country home she had dreamed of.
